Mums with young babies?

  • Has your bub started teething yet?

    My son will be 4 months old on monday & i think he is just starting to teeth, he chew's on his dummy instead of sucking it & he wont stop screaming...oh the joys!


  • i have a 7 month old, and she's been teething since she was 3 month old, and still no teeth. so there's always a possibility. you never know.


  • I think the whole issue of teething is kind of ambiguous. Teething can start as early as two months and can last for up to three years!!! In between, babies are always teething to some degree or another (certain babies just experience more pain than others.) My one year old started teething at 2 months and has been drooling and having the occassional 'grumpy teething day' ever since.
    Lots of mums in my area use these cute little bandanas to keep their babies free from the drool (I've put the site in below if you're interested.)

  • Yep. Noah had been doing the teething process for a couple months(started around 4 months). Last week(Thursday) we finally saw a tooth popping through and this week his other bottom one started to come in.

    Thankfully he hasn't been TOO cranky. We do give him Tylenol when needed but otherwise he's content to chew on a frozen washcloth or teether.


  • Mines almost 7 months and is chewing on EVERYTHING!! No teeth yet! Hopefully they'll be popping out shortly!!
