If someone accuse you of giving you of giving them something, what do you do?

  • Someone I know accused this male of giving the Gential Herpes. Now my friend is hearing rumors that he got his lawyer which is an attorney too talk too a judge too supenoa her records (without her knowledge, written consent, or approval). What does she do? She know that this malw has given her gential herpes because she NEVER had it until she messed with him and the doctor told her that she was having her first out break when they had sex and he ripped her open and she ended up in the emergency room for 3 to 4 days and he was no where too be found. Then later on she has been hearing rumors that he took pictures of her while they were having sex (without her knowledge) and showed everyone at her job and sold them too some guy on the street whoo put the pictures in a dvd and started selling them on the streets. She has also heard that the pictures might be online. Everything she has done with him people know like the picture seen is true. Everyone at her old job knows all her sex life buisness with him and he even had someone too write on her brand new car window with a black marker. What should my friend do? Eveything she has been through when she was little in the hospital and digansis people knows about so she feels and believes he did tamper into her stuff ILLEGALLY..,

    HELP?

  • i don't think they can get her medical records...

  • ain't love grand?

  • First "rumors" are not evidence, are not proof.

If your friend act on those "rumors" then she could be the one being sued for defamation of character.

As for her medical records, it's not as simple as that, if it were true she would be informed by the court. Remember this was a "rumor".

As for the herpes, actually infected people can show no symptoms for months or years (asymptomatic) so there is no way for her to know "IF" this was the guy giving it to her unless some testing be done to find out if they both have the same strain of the virus. So she could have got the virus years ago.

Remember that this is another "rumor".

As for the sex pictures; another "rumor". Find one of those pictures (that she have not seen) and then you have a case.

  • What should she do? Try meditation to lower her anxiety. He won't sue, and even if he does, what can he prove.
