All I did was turn off the lap top using the button cuz the computer froze. This blue screen pops up then goes away. Then it asks to start windows normally or different safe modes I tried all of them and it just goes back to that. Please help!
Either your hard drive is damaged or your Windows installation is.
try doing a repair install of windows
It seems the operating system is corrupted while you turn off the computer in proper way. You need to reinstall the operating system.
im thinking its a hardware issue (faulty internal parts) the oly option you can try really is a reformat , if that doesnt work then its the repair shop im afraid...............or the bin ;0)
