BOSTON, Aug. 22--Student Advantage, an offline and online portal to the higher education community, and CollegeClub.com, an online integrated communications and media Internet company for college students, have signed a definitive agreement through which Student Advantage will acquire substantially all of the assets of CollegeClub.com. The purchase price consists of $7 million in cash and 1.5 million shares of Student Advantage common stock,, with an additional cash payment of up to $5 million to CollegeClub.com if certain Web site revenue performance goals are met during 2001.

DENVER, Aug 22--TeleTech, a global provider of eCommerce-enabling customer management solutions, announced a definitive agreement to acquire Newgen Results Corporation , a B2B channel management application service provider specializing in customer-relationship management and e-CRM for primarily the automotive industry. The Newgen Results acquisition strengthens TeleTech's existing database management capabilities and further enhances its end-to-end eCRM solution with the addition of an enterprise channel management offering. The stock-for-stock exchange is valued at approximately $200 million.

LAWRENCEVILLE, N.J., Aug 22--Paytrust, an Internet service that lets consumers receive, review, pay and organize all of their bills online, announced a definitive purchase agreement for an all-stock acquisition of privately-held PayMyBills.com, a personal bill management service. The merger unites the two leading companies in the rapidly growing online bill delivery and payment market, creating full "electronification" of the bill payment marketplace. Under the agreement, Paytrust will buy out competitor PayMyBills.com in an all stock transaction expected to take effect within one month. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

With this acquisition, Intershop significantly expands its product offering by adding Content Integrated Commerce functionality to its flagship enterprise product, enfinity.
