also, do any of you know what breed she might be? when we found her we thought she was an American Pit Bull Terrier. then as she got older we thought she was a pure Great Dane. then we thought she was a Labrador Retriever/American Pit Bull Terrier because many people were telling us she looked like that. then she grew some more and her legs got SO long so we thought she might've been a Labradane. and now, we just dont know what to think she is anymore.
here are some recent pics of her:

and if this helps in any way, her bark is very deep, and loud for a pup her age (which is about 4 months old).
shes very tall, probably almost 2 feet off the ground when shes on all fours. and when shes up on her hind legs her head reaches my waist.
shes very doofy-like, and has really long legs.
any help is greatly appreciated. and try to answer both of my questions instead of focusing on the picture question.
thanks again!!
:]
I see her long legs.. I don't see any pit bull at all.
Purebred labs are very big dogs but she's too thin ( as in her body shape ) to be a purebred
She is a mix for sure with lab
I don't think she mixed with a dane because a purebred lab and a purebred dane would make a huge dog lol
However, she could be a lab/dane because if she's that big at only 4 months old.
Whatever the case-- she's adorable!
God bless you!
If raw doesn't work for you, or you're just so ingrained (as most are) with all that crazy superstitious stuff everyone spreads around about raw, then I would recommend a corn-free and grain-free diet. Some brands you could check out are Natura's Evo, Canine Caviar, Orijen, Taste of the Wild, Fromm Grain Free, B.G. (Before Grain), Instinct, Wellness Core, Natural Balance (Dick Van Patten's), and there are several more brands available, depending on where you live. You won't be able to find most of those brands in giant pet food retailers, because they'd have to make their ingredients really crappy to be able to afford giving MONSTER discounts to Petco and Petsmart, so that those stores could then mark the prices back up.
I can't believe the first answer. Ridiculous! If you can find it in the grocery store's pet food section, your dog won't benefit from it = One good rule of thumb for a healthy pet.
Your dog looks like a pit/lab to me. She may be so darned mixed that nobody will ever guess her breed right. If anyone asks her what she is, smile and say, "A dog". Lol.
Best of health to you and your pets!
the best way to find which food will make her less gassy is from trial and error. =/ good luck with that =D
about her breed.. her build looks a lot like a lab.. but her face has a pit bull look to it.. maybe she has bits of both of those breeds
I think she is lab/dane mix. I don't see any bully breeding in there at all. Or maybe some greyhound in there too with those long gangly legs. But at that age pups look gangly. So my guess is lab/dane maybe greyhound.
Almost forgot! The first thing I'd try with her food is giving her something with no corn products at all. There are a lot of good corn -free foods on the market now. If that doesn't work, google some of the great dog food websites avialable that compare ingredients and list potential problems some of them may cause.
