The night nurse hung 1000ml D5W at 6am. It is now 9:35am. The order reads to infuse D5W at a rate of 80ml/hr and your gtt factor = 15gtts/ml. You find 825cc solution remaining in the bag. Is the IV on time? If not how fast or slow is it? What should the flow rate be?________
