How can I get fit with the time I have?

  • Alright, so the next 2 weeks I won't have internet. This leaves me with 2 weeks of nothing but exercise. I skateboard, run, and do sit ups. I do about 200 to 250 every night. I mostly need to exercise my lower abs and my chest. Any tips? (im not bad at skateboarding.)


  • 1. there is NO such thing as an exercise that will target your lower abs....your core is divided into front sides and back, the front being from top to bottom it DOESN'T stop midway down

    2. to see your 'lower abs' you mostly have to lose weight
