  • this is what i look like.
    http://s281.photobucket.com/albums/kk240...

This is what i look like when i suck in, which i CONSTANTLY do so people dont think i'm fat.
    http://s281.photobucket.com/albums/kk240...

I want to ACTUALLY be that skinny.
    1. What are good things to eat? I mean, what ACTUALLY FILLS YOU UP so you AREN'T hungry anymore?
    2. And how long do you think it would take to lose it?
    3. How can i get rid of those stretch marks!? :(

  • First of all, reduce the amount of fat intake. Then eat lean meats and increase your fruit and veggie intake. Eat just enough to sustain yourself . On average you should lose up to 2 lbs. per week.

  • People would kill to have your stomach. It would probably take you just one month to lose that belly, and just put cocoa butter on your stretch marks.Your stomach is very small and you just have a little hump alot of girls have that.

  • Swimming laps is an EXCELLENT full body workout!

Also, keep in mind that walking burns more calories than running. (As long as it's a fast paced walk). Also, crunches and situps won't burn fat alone, so you'll need to incorporate other exercises, like cardio workouts as well as the situps/crunches.

  • 1. When it's not time for breakfast/lunch/dinner but you're hungry and want to snack, have a bottle of water first. It will fill you up, and it has no calories. Water is essential, and it is also good for your skin :)
For breakfast, have protein. A low fat yogurt is good, or a banana with peanut butter, a bowl of cherrios.
Try to make smart decisions on food; just use common sense. French fries are bad, chicken salads are good. If you have a sandwich, go without the mayo.

    2. If you start eating less junk food and do ab exercises daily, you'll see results in about a month. Do intervals of crunches, leg lifts, and planks.
Try this website for tips, if you don't know where to start.

    3. It's hard to get rid of stretch marks, but don't fret about that. More people than you know have stretch marks. There are different lotions that will help stretch marks; you can find those moisturizers at CVS, Wallgreens, etc.

    Good luck!

  • Actually, you have to eat to loose weight. If you eat healthier food in smaller portions in more meals a day is a start. Try to stay away from fatty foods. Don't forget to keep yourself hydrated. From what you show in the pictures, its showing that you have a "gut" but if you do some aerobics and ab exercises like crunches and sit ups that could help tone the stomach area. As long as you don't loose a ton of weight at a time and just loose it gradually over a period of time you most likely won't get stretch marks. Ummm...that's all I can really come up with right now. Hope that helps!

  • 1. lots of protein, stay away from too much dairy (milk, yogurt, cheese) it makes you bloated even low fat

    2. crunches are best for stomachs, even sitting in your chair while on the computer you can keep your abs crunched and bend down. don't "suck in" tighten your ab muscles and see how long you can do it, the longer the better, the more you can the firmer your stomach will be (celebs do this all the time, I know a trainer who trained celebs for movie roles, this is what he told me).
    3. buy a cocoa butter stick and start using it on the marks, it will help your skin and hopefully stop future ones!

    good luck

  • I do that same thing!!

    1. If you drink pop, cut down on it and drink a lot of water. It speeds up your metabolism and will make you feel full.

    2. Eat things high in fiber, they will make you feel full.

    3. Try Slimfast! The creamy milk chocolate kind is the best, and you eat it for lunch

    4. Eat a good breakfast! Oatmeal is good because it has lots of fiber, as I mentioned before.

I use Bio oil for my stretch marks, It has been working pretty well for me (:

    Good Luck!

  • Its okay.
What you should do is eat 6 small meals a day. Thats the trick. You need to excerise too. I would try Special K if I were u it worked 4 me.
It will take time but the more u do it the sooner u will lose it.
The strech marks sadly I dont know what to do. I have them EVERYWHERE. I weight a lot more then u cuz I havent been doing the 6 meal thing until lately but it does work. Thats y nutirsystem & stuff works cuz they give u a small amount of food and u eat 6 times a day.

  • dont worry, youre far from fat. you look pretty average when you dont suck it in.

and i find that oatmeal is really filling, atleast for me it is, personal favorite is maple and brown sugar, great breakfast. only 160 calories too :)

i think it could take about.. well it really depends on how much you excercise and whether or not you stick to it, what else you eat throughout the day, it varies.

as for the stretch marks. they arent stretch marks (atleast according to my mother) because i have some on my inner thigh... and according to her, its just because i grew so much since i hit my growth spurt and my skin hasnt had enough time to grow with my body so it leaves those ugly little marks which are soppoesed to go away on their own.

edit: as for the 'you get hungry every 15 minutes' make sure you arent just hungry because youre bored or upset or in any way non-content. and maybe its because youre thinking about hunger, its like when you pretend your sick but then you actually get sick, or when you say your arm is itchy and then your arm actually turns itchy. perhaps its all just a game your mind is playing?? or maybe the food you did stuff yourself with is really low on calories, like if it were fruit or something.

  • Palmer's Cocoa-butter formula will get rid of the stretch marks. I grew 6 inches this summer and got them really bad and I used it and it got rid of them within a week! Crunches really help, protein bars are good too they fill you up!

  • It looks like you don't need to lose much to get to your ideal size, like in the second picture. I'd bet about just 15 lbs. off of you and you can be looking like your ideal self-image.

    1) What are good things to eat that keep you full?
-Eat things high in fiber and protein to keep you full. Some examples of food like these is oatmeal, wheat bread, black beans, chicken (boneless/skinless).
    2) And how long do you think it would take to lose it?I'd say about a month-2 if you really put your mind and body to it.
3)How can i get rid of those stretch marks!? Stretch marks will go away by tightening the muscles in that area. Research some exercises relating to the area where your stretch marks are found.
You'll probally need a nutritious balanced diet of 1500-1600 calories.
    Don't forget exercise!
It is vital to do cardio workouts at least every other day and about 3 days a week of weight lifting.
    Good luck!

  • you look lovely dear

  • girl you aint fat you just right!!!!!!!!!

  • You aren't fat.

You need to focus on exercise. Join a belly dancing class or start swimming, jogging, playing basketball. Do crunches. Just be careful so you don't hurt your back. Good luck.

P.S.- For the stretch marks, try cocoa butter. If they're really bad, try Anew Clinical Professional Stretch Mark Smoother from Avon. It's amazing.

  • Do ab routines and stick to them. If you do, then you won't really have to watch what you eat unless you want to improve your all around health. It will probably take at least a month to get results you are looking for. And you can never get rid of stretch marks, sorry.

  • you cant' JUST eat healthy... you have to excercise too. like go running 1 mile every day and do ab workouts. not just crunches, those don't do anything. whatever you do, never be lazy and do a bunch of excersise like runnnnnnnnnn

ever wonder why the cross country people are so in shape?? yeah, its cuz they run and run and run.

  • 1. eat paper. it's filling and low on calories.
    2. 1-2 weeks
    3. make-up?

  • 1) water, tea. foods like fruits, banana helps alot. just don't eat carby, fatty foods.
    2) depends how much u eat and exercise.
    3) i heard cocoa oil or bio oil may help reduce the appearance but not permantely remove it unless u get surgery
