Service Unavailable

  • I am trying to install Vbullentin onto a Windows 2003 server running IIS6. I keep getting 'Service Unavailable' when I am trying to launch http://localhost/forum/install/install.php. I have reinstalled PHP several times now (both 5.2.1 and 4.4.5 -win32) and neither will fix this. I have followed the install.txt file supplied with both PHP versions....

    I can find anything in the forums when I searched...Help??


  • Reloaded the OS. I must have messed something up since it is working now...
