This is sort of a noobish question, but I have never personally built anything, and I wanted to try to download and use some of the SVN skins that are currently available. I don't know an easy way to get from here (https://xboxmediacenter.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/xboxmediacenter/Clearity/) to an actual folder that I can put in the skins folder. I could do it by downloading it all and creating the folders manually, but I'm sure that there is an easier way. If I could just download the whole directory that would work, but I haven't figured out how to do that on my Mac (I saw the Windows program that does all this for you, but that won't help me). I am using Firefox, and using DownThemAll created .html's instead of subdirectories.
Thanks for any help
Use an SVN client to check out the sources.
And no, you cannot build the XPR on anything other than win32 at this point.
Thanks guys, your comments were helpful in getting things moving for me. Also, I realized that I could look at the SVN directory (like this one (https://xboxmediacenter.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/xboxmediacenter/Clearity/)) with an FTP client, and copy everything from there. That was my initial problem.
I see now that it would will be necessary to compress the "Textures.xpr" myself, which makes sense. Is there an application that can compress and edit .xpr files for Mac?
You don't actually need the xpr file though you can just copy all the images in the media dir to the skins location media dir but this also means no different color themes and from what jmarshall used to say its a little slower loading (not that you would probably notice)
